returns policy 
We hope you wouldn’t want to return anything you’ve bought from us, but if you do, here’s some more information about the process. 
Seatree’s returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014: This states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order. 
We can only accept returns on unopened and unused cosmetics, accessories and gift boxes. Goods that arrive with us must be in a salable condition and may be subject to a reduction in the refund value if not. 
The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage. If an express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded – the normal shipping rate will apply. 
Returns will be processed by us within 10 working days of receiving the returned items.
